Episode 1: Cry To The Sky
Audrey is sentenced to life in prison for the murder of her abusive husband. Her claims that an unseen force named Catherine helped her fall on deaf ears. Inside the San Francisco Women’s Correctional Facility, Audrey struggles to accept her fate.

Audrey begins to adjust to life behind bars with the help of Mrs. Henderson, a wise, elderly inmate serving her 42nd year of a life sentence. Henderson senses something unusual in Audrey, a trait she’s seen only once before.
At the same time, Father McKenzie, the prison chaplain, is introduced. His sermons fall on fewer ears each week, but something about Audrey unsettles him, not in fear, but in recognition.
As these relationships form, buried truths begin to rise. Audrey isn’t just a victim — she might be a vessel.

Meanwhile, Father McKenzie is plagued by apocalyptic dreams that mirror Ethan’s findings. In quiet conversations with Dr. Maxwell, the priest admits his fear: the veil between this world and another is thinning.
